Trisha Shetty grew up watching her mother turn ordinary evenings into peaceful moments of self-care — using fragrant oils, calming music and traditional Indian wellness rituals to help family and friends feel relaxed and refreshed. Those early experiences inspired Trisha to create a wellness space where authentic Indian traditions blend naturally with contemporary comfort.

After training in professional spa and wellness therapies and gaining experience with luxury wellness centres across Bengaluru, Jaipur and Kerala, Trisha moved to HSR Layout with a simple vision: create a beautiful escape from the rush of everyday life, where authentic Indian wellness, luxurious surroundings and personalised care come together under one roof.

Today, Trisha Spa welcomes guests across HSR Layout — from busy professionals looking to unwind after a long day to couples celebrating special moments together.
